Everyone is always so friendly! I trust that I will get the best care every time I see my provider!
She was really really mean to my grandma. She was dismissive and rude. She wouldn't answer her questions and my grandma left with her feelings hurt. I'm very upset about this because my grandma is a wonderful human. She saw Dr. Budaraju for 15 years, loved him, and was transferred to her without notification and she had such a bad experience. This breaks my heart :'(
Mellisa as well as her nurse were great took time to answer questions and were friendly
