I looked for a new dentist after changing insurance. I had been to my previous one for 25 years. Frankly I was scared but it was a very pleasant experience and from now on this will be my dentist. Thanks for setting me at ease.
This place is on top of their game! The reminders coming up to your appt are on point and the doctors and staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. My favorite part is that they get you right in and get to work on you, no long waits for the doctor to show up. You may not love going to the dentist but this organization makes it as easy as it possibly can be...!
I had a 1:00pm appointment and I wasn’t seen by the dentist until about 2:15pm, the wait time was very long, the dental hygienist didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she had to re-do multiple x-rays because she didn’t know she had to get all of them. After waiting for over an hour to see the dentist for my cleaning he only took about 10 minutes to clean my teeth and left, he didn’t ask how I was doing, and he didn’t seem like he cared at all. This dental office earned my trust and business for all future needs. I had an urgent need for care and was treated the following day. Insurance did not cover this treatment. I was informed prior to treatment and gladly paid fees.
