M. DARDINGS SKILLS FAR EXCEED THE NORMAL LMT BUSINESS. I WAS AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN THAT SHE HAD ME DEMONSTRATE CERTAIN TECNICS TO MAKE SURE I COULD REPEAT THEM AT HOME. HER TREATMENTS ARE PROGRESSIVE IN THAT EACH SESSION THERE ARE REPETITION INCREASES OR NEW EXERCISES. SHE FOCUSES ON WHAT HURTS, WORKS AROUND TO IT THEN FOCUSES ON THAT AREA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IN PAIN FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. YOU WILL GET OUT OF IT WHAT SHE DOES FIRST AND WHAT YOU ARE TO DO AT HOME BEFORE THE NEXT APPT.
