I went in for a sore throat and congestion. I have a tendency to get bronchitis easily because of my asthma, so I catching things early are key. I moved here last year and already have had it 3x. The doctor remembered me and listened to my concerns. She did a thorough exam and recommended cold meds and rest. And if I got worse to call for her to ca in a prescription. I left feeling heard and with a plan. The visit was fairly quick and everyone was super friendly.
Spent 5 minutes with me, charged me for a full physical. Incompetent and unable to help with any health concerns.
I would recommend Mrs. Crumley to everyone that is looking for a family physician. She takes her time with you to figure what is going on and explains in detail for you to understand. She is very friendly and professional. I take my whole family to her.
Melissa has such an easy bedside manner, she puts you at ease, explains everything throughly and she takes her time with you. No wait time, an extra bonus! I highly recommend her.
We just moved and she sees our whole family. She is very thorough, patient and great with children too!! Also very personable and professional! Love this clinic and everyone there!!
Unprofessional . Inappropriate. Fake . Interrupts and accuses you of child neglect. Treats you as though you are an idiot parent that doesn't understand how to care for children . Very disappointed .
