trying to call and make an appointment and the office is sav. is so rude. there is no number for the rincon office and she told me i had to wait 2 weeks till Dr. Crenshaw put her schedule up to make an app.
I have been waiting for 6 minutes and 45 seconds, just for someone to answer. Not even being put on hold, just listening to an automated message promising me y'all's customer service is impeccable. So far, no, no it is not. This is not a reflection of Dr. Decker, herself, I'm sure, but it IS a reflection of the office staff. As I end this, I am currently holding at 8 minutes and 30 seconds, without ever talking to a live representative. Sad.
Dr.Crenshaw is the best! I couldn’t say more wonderful things about her! I will definitely use her again.
Hard to find office staff as friendly as these ladies.
