I'm so grateful to Melissa and the care team, administrative staff, and the audiologist. I arrived almost 15 minutes late due to unexpected detours across town from downed trees as a result of bad storms earlier that week. I fully expected to be told I needed to rescheduled, as I was a new patient to boot. But the front desk staff member was gracious and checked with Melissa's staff, and they sent me on back. Do not go here to checkout your tinnitus, Melissa will tell you to take a pain killer and go home. ☺️ The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She is sarcastic and speaks down to you. No patient-relation skill whatsoever. I had an audiogram performed by a private audiologist, didn’t care to look at my results only lied about *seeing* “no hearing loss shown” meanwhile there is a clear dip between my tinnitus ear even the audiologist pointed out….
