Melissa's profile is very inviting, but after we signed her contract, her professionalism was very surprising. Due to her actions and speaking with her, I felt like she never had time to devote to selling the property. Most of the documents had errors in them simply from not proof reading. She was to be for us in completing this transaction and I would say she was either looking out for the buyer or that she just pushed what she wanted from us, not exactly what we asked from her. I would not recommend or use her again.
I was looking for help in purchasing a rural, residential property but had no knowledge of the area or how to proceed. Perfect for remote buyers! Working with Melissa was refreshing. We were remote buyers, 600 miles away. Her effort to include multiple, high quality pics, in addition to the virtual tour of a large house, was what helped us initially commit.
