Dr Chinn is very kind and caring. She thoroughly listens and makes a next plan of action to follow. The staff is also very kind and attentive.
The experience of this women’s care clinic has ruined me for other providers. The environment is chill without being stuffy, the staff is kind and clearly knowledgeable and then there is Dr. Chinn. She has done more for me than my previous provider, by leaps and bounds. She listens, explains, checks for understanding and makes solid plans WITH you. I felt so cared for. I never got a pap smear before, and when I asked Dr. Chinn if I should get one during the visit, she said "eh just wait. There's too much you want to deal with today." The entire facility is so feminine, and from the moment you walk in, you know you will be listened to and cared for. That is exactly what happened. Thank you Dr. Chinn! All women would get a kick out of her office; it’s very much pro women. Great books; Posters of Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and other women movers and shakers. Consulting rooms with all kinds of anatomy posters of women. It’s incredibly cozy and much has been done to take away the clinical feel. The surgical biopsy room, of course, is completely clinical.
