This is asking me to rate the doctor so I put a 3 bc I can't really say what was her vs. the busy hospital. Either way the care was negligent! She was soo concerned about me leaving but not one doc or nurse checked in on me I 4 plus hours. Ended up going to Hamot and was taking care of amazingly!
Dr. Carter treated me in the ER for kidney related issues and was fantastic. Very thorough, kind and had a great bedside manner.
