I was greeted by friendly staff and this establishment was very nice and clean. Melissa was wonderful and she knew some sign language to help me understand her when I wasn’t wearing my hearing aid. I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of an audiologist.
Melissa Carter is was the first audiologist I have ever seen. She made it not so scary. She explained testing and results throughly. I followed Melissa from her last office because she helped me feel at ease during this major transition in my lie.
If you have hearing problems Dr. Carter is the one to see. Personable, extremely smart, and concerned about your hearing condition.
