I have been to 4 clinics before and had horrible experience. This is one of the best clinics from the first call: receptionist is very friendly over the phone and in person. The first impression of the dr. Melissa Yih - she was on time! In prior clinics waiting time was anything from 30 minutes to few hrs. She was friendly, and surprisingly, she read my med records prior to my visit( none of the doctors i have been before bothered to do so).
