Do not recommend. We brought our dog here due to weight loss, loss of appetite and breathing problem. Ran a bunch of tests, ended up with a $700 bill and no answers. Rushed him to another clinic about a week later, they took a chest x ray and found the answer immediately and unfortunately it was to late to save him.
Called to get my pet in due to no food or drink for 24 hours. Receptionist said they were booked for the rest of the week. Basically I needed an iv antiobiotic and they were unconcerned.
Client since 2017. I miss the previous staff. I did not get the help I needed yesterday with my dog who had red blood bleeding diarrhea. I was Told a vet would look at a text Pic I sent them to see if emergent & call me. 4 calls and 4 hours later no return calls, no appointment until 'tomorrow'. No suggestion to go to animal ER. I will move to another Vet In Tullahoma who saw us 15 minutes after 1 call to them!
This place gave us a horrible experience, we'll NEVER go back and we DON'T recommend it. They charged us a lot of money and did not fix our problem only made it worse as they sent us home with hopes that everything was ok
