Dr Brackmann performed a very complex surgical procedure with success. Following the surgery she took the time to explain in detail the procedure & answered all our questions. Recovery was seamless with no complications whatsoever. She is friendly & takes the time to explain matters & answer all questions. She is an excellent communicator. In addition her staff is friendly & caring. Highly recommended.
