I have been trying to get some paperwork for my Mother for about 2 weeks. I have called 4 times to get a status update. The nurses voicemail says she checks her messages several times a day. Maybe she checks them but she doesn't follow up. I have not gotten a call from her yet.This is ridiculous. I'll be going down there Monday and at this point may have to change doctors. It doesn't seem as if they care

Dr Bowers is a nice person but when you're looking for health care some things are more important. Staff lost paperwork for mobility devices and disability plates for my husband more than once, he ended up having to drive to the office to get the issues resolved.They had no follow through, when we would call office with questions or concerns Dr might get back to us after a few days, but usually took us calling multiple times before we got answers. We finally decided my husband needed a Dr 's office we could count on and trus... read more
