Had a very positive encounter with Dr. Bertha. She listens to all my concerns. However there was a medical student who took my history but seemed more interested in checking his smart watch. Also when he came in again while I was talking to Dr. Bertha, he again seemed to spend more time on his cell phone. I feel even a medical student should be fully engaged with the patient, not his or her cell phone/smart watch.
Dr. Bertha is a great doctor. Attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. I feel that she listens to me and hears what I am saying. I don't have one complaint only complements. I am so lucky to be her patient.
Dr Bertha is always very thorough and never rushes through an appointment. I appreciate the time that is taken with me during my appointments. I have only been going to the office for a little over a year but I’ve definitely had a great experience in this time.
