If I could give ZERO STARS to her office staff I would. The day of my new patient appointment a woman called me to confirm the appointment once again...I thought this was odd since I already confirmed and replied to their texts, even the day before. When I asked her if the provider was running on time, she told me that they were running a "WHOLE HOUR BEHIND", (Red Flag), however, I proceeded to ask for directions, she told me that their building was right across from WaWa on OBT, but not in the hospital.
