I absolutely love Super Soul Sunday! The music perfectly compliments the flow and Melissa gives great pointers that make it easy to follow and move with intention. I leave feeling both energized and grounded every time.
Melissa is the best physical therapist around. She has been instrumental not only for when I had injuries (many times) but also with advice on how to strengthen the muscles and prevent future injuries. She is also a pleasure to be around. My whole family sees Melissa, she is the best!
