There are few words to describe the person Melissa is, she is beyond compassionate and caring. She TRULY puts you at ease and is so easy to relate and talk to. Her energy is so calming and she truly treats you how she would want a daughter to be treated. Talking to her is like talking to a friend the moment you meet her; I genuinely cannot say enough kind things about her. I moved and still drive an hour to see her because she is just that good.
Let me tell you something, as a Healthcare worker, I hate going to providers. We are often the worst patients because we know too much. It's a blessing and a curse. I can say in my heart Melissa was MEANT to be in this profession. She treated me with the utmost dignity and respect I've ever experienced and took time to sit with me (for more than 15 min-before examining me) to explain many methods of contraception!
