Went to see Melissa for severe menopause symptoms. She was condescending, a poor listener, and lacked empathy. Despite obtaining all medical records from previous doctors, she refused to start me on estrogen therapy, which had worked well in the past. Great physician! I am not one to write reviews, but Melissa was so great it made me want to come here and write one. She is knowledgeable, genuine and truly cares about her patients! One of the sweetest women I have ever met. I am new to the area and randomly stumbled upon her for a check up- and I’m glad I did. Every dr should be like Melissa!
I have been to the office a few times now and I am so very pleased with both the office and with Melissa Outerbridge. Melissa seemed genuinely interested in my health and well-being. Coming to the gynecologist can be a very nerve-racking and vulnerable thing.. And I found her to be so kind and caring. She truly went out of her way to make me feel so comfortable. Melissa is a phenomenal physician. She has been nothing but kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful to my girlfriend who has been seen by her and has asked her for advice multiple times. Every time she returns home from a visit, she has nothing but nice things to same about Melissa and her overall visits. I think Burlington OBGYN caught themselves a real gem by hiring her.
