Had a very easy time making an appointment. Was seen promptly on time, the Dr listened to my concerns and ordered the tests I needed. Was able to be seen quickly and communication through the MyChart portal is wonderful!
Long waiting time, my daughter had to wait 2 hours... and once she was late to her 8am appointment phones were not answered by office, then why do you give 8am appointments if no one will answer the phones, so they have to reschedule for next month. Front desk ladies always offer to reschedule, instead of an alternative option. This office always have issues when it comes to appointments. We are not going back.
