Dr Phipps delivered my last son in 2016 via C-Section . I went to another hospital with a minor problem a week after my section so any doctor that touches you wants to check your cut no matter what you are in for and the ER doc called in a few other Docs to admire the precision cut I had . She also took the time to remove previous scar tissue during my section and I never got the chance to thank her me and my son’s lives . Highly recommend I mean Highly !!!!
Dr.Phipps was excellent, she was very thorough with my care and helped me through my diagnosis of severe preeclampsia. She is timely professional and polite. She returned every call and did prompt follow up care
She has been my ob since 2015, delievred my daughter and soon to deliver my son. She is extremely caring and thorough! I drive all the way from ozone Park , queens just to make sure she’s the one taking care of me.
Very professional with amazing caring personality! I have been seeing her for 4 years now and she has seen me through 2 babies. I would recommend her to anyone!
