Melissa brown is amazing and a great doctor however throughout the years I’ve noticed her nurses and the front desk have had an attitude with me and have been very passive aggressive on multiple occasions I have had nurses accusing me of missing office visits with Melissa brown when I didn’t even have or make a scheduled appointment with her since this fell over the time I was with an insurance that was out of network in this office so I couldn’t even get seen by them.
