I'd give half a star if it were possible. I called earlier in the day to stop in for a post-op exam, where they explained the process over the phone and told me to come in. I came in and after the receptionist asked specific details and reviewed my insurance card, he took the info to Dr. Melissa Anderson, who was in the rear. Per the receptionist, she agreed to the appointment, but asked him to bring her my ID (she never came out to greet me).
