Little pushy on you setting up follow up appointments but pretty good over all with nice staff.
We have been going to Northwest Veterinary Clinic in Stanwood for nearly 10 years for our animals. It had been great, up until recently. We scheduled an appointment with the vet to have our new kitten vaccinated. We received an e-mail confirmation for the appointment with the vet (see attached image, personal identifying info is blacked out). Can't say enough positive things about this wonder crew of doctors and nurses!!! Literally the only clinic I have ever felt so comfortable bringing my feline to and having to drop off! They got us in for an true emergency appointment and took thoughtful, caring, immediate action to bring my kitty out of crisis mode. They were super gentle, methodical and patient with my questions.
