Margaret is a wonderful professional! She is an expert in osteoporosis, very knowledgeable and patient with her clients. She is very supportive, and organized a daily routine for me to improve my bone health. Thanks to her efforts, I feel much stronger and my illness is a lot more manageable! I have peace of mind knowing that I can count on her to answer any question or concerns. I can not recommend her enough to everyone that is going through the same situation. I simply couldn't say enough about Margaret Martin for the immense amount of time, effort and research that she has put into helping many individuals, but especially those with osteoporosis like myself. I've found her YouTube videos very informative and helpful. I've also purchased some of her strength videos which have many similar exercises to what my PT gave me after some vertebral compression fractures. I found the videos on YouTube after my diagnosis and subsequently purchased. I am pleased at the detailed information. Margaret's gentle voice helps. Everything is well explained. I had a question and it was answered within a day.
