Precise and informative instruction on executing correct body movements for safe , enjoyable exercise for everyone, especially with osteoporosis or osteopenia. I use to take Ballet and Pilates before diagnosed with Oseoporosis. Margarets methodical , clear demonstration of quality teaching has helped me tremendously.
