Michelle (Fredline) will offer an extra service while you’re in the chair without informing you that it is an extra charge. I should’ve listened to the other reviews! Bring extra money because it will be a completely different price at the end of your appointment! Or just simply don’t book! Also very unwelcoming energy! Smile or something Crownedbyher is a sweetheart! Her name is Melinda! Don’t get the two confused !

I received a 16” 16” Hair & Natural Install service from CrownedByHer on Friday, February 28, 2025, ahead of my White Coat Ceremony the following week. As a first-time client, I accidentally booked a "Natural Install" without realizing that it required purchasing the stylist's hair. When I reached out, Melinda was kind and understanding, and we were able to adjust the service to a package that included the hair. I foolishly didn’t believe the reviews and realized exactly why this salon is rated so low. Instagram followers does NOT equate to professionalism. The stylist changed my appointment twice, second time was the midnight prior to the morning of my appointment after I already took time from work and drove 4 hours to get there. I booked an appointment for a sew in with bundles and there were apparently no bundles at the salon due to late shipment (why are you not prepared with hair knowing you have someone coming in and why not ... read more

Initially I was consistent with Michelle and I thought we had a relatively good relationship but after a few visit, I noticed some bad attitude. I stopped going to her. Especially, after the way she treated my daughter. Don’t waste your money on Michelle. Michelle - change your attitude, you have zero customer service.
