I went to Melinda Pace at iu ear nose and throat clinic for a simple authorization for a hearing aid that Vocational rehabilitation was going to provide for me. Had authorization from past doctors no problem. But instead she ordered a cat scan which I had. And she won't give me authorization until I see an Indianapolis doctor and talk to him about surgery.
