Melinda Pace is a wonderful provider. She listens so well to her patients and makes sure she takes the best care for their needs. Very thankful for her!
I went to Melinda Pace at iu ear nose and throat clinic for a simple authorization for a hearing aid that Vocational rehabilitation was going to provide for me. Had authorization from past doctors no problem. But instead she ordered a cat scan which I had. And she won't give me authorization until I see an Indianapolis doctor and talk to him about surgery. I refused to surgery and she wouldn't give me authorization. So now I have to use my insurance to get one instead. 500$ deductible now plus what insurance doesn't cover. H... read more
