I think she can be misunderstood at times, don't believe that feeling... I do believe she is caring and will care about your case and your children in family law cases. I do know she is a hard worker and she has won awards for her ability to perform in court and represent very well

I have witnessed a case by Melinda Owens. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior exhibited by her. Her integrity as a lawyer is concerning. Heartbreaking case I have witnessed. I've respected her greatly in our small community for years. That respect is now gone.

Melinda and Alyssa have literally been the best. Incredibly long hours and updates. This thing has been dragged out way too long because the opposing side is petty and can’t let things go, but they have been so patient and up front about the process with me. They aren’t here to hold your hand. They are here to see you through a situation that is going to be stressful no matter who your attorney or judge is and help you understand it and know the options. My wife contacted Ms. Owen’s office last Friday and left a message asking for a call back about getting a will. They never returned her call, so this morning I called the office. I asked about getting an appointment. Her assistant (or whomever answered the call) stated “we don’t do wills at this time.” I said her sign says she does, to which the assistant said “we don’t wills at this time.” I asked what does that mean?
