The only reason that I’m providing a 2 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of communication. My wife is 3 months pregnant and called the scheduling team multiple times to confirm our appointment will be a very thorough ultrasound and have other tests ran since we had a scare the week before. The scheduling team confirmed that they were aware that we already had a confirmed pregnancy test and was coming to get updates for our baby. Extremely satisfied with my annual visit. The staff provided exceptional patient care. From the front desk, to the MA, to the NP, and phlebotomist, ALL were AMAZING!
My daughter will be 24 this year. I want Dr. Miller-Thrasher to know that I felt traumatized by her presence at the delivery of my daughter. You were cold and insensitive. You made me feel that I was wasting your time. Completely unempathetic of my condition of being in labor. You demanded me to stop pushing, despite the unbearable urge to push.
