I have no issues with the quality of care at all. I have been with this office for 11 years and am reaching the end of my patience. My issue is with the lack of communications and information. I try to call the office for information but get scheduling who have no idea what I'm talking about. Sometimes the 3 day wait for an answer in MyChart doesn't work for my issue. Dr Marks and her staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the great care quality.
I was referred to Dr.Marks after 10 years of experiencing episodes of SVT. Melinda Marks is extremely knowledgeable, made me feel heard, reassured, and was my doctor for an ablation. She found the extra electrical pathway in my heart and was able to successfully ablate it. I am very thankful for Dr.Marks and the treatment I received from referral to procedure.
