I thought wow licenced in 1969 according to the info she listed about herself on Psychology Today's website. And by the looks of her, she's much older, so I assumed she would be more on the caring warm hearted, but I was wrong! She's only open to new patients if you have Medicare, which my brother has. But if you have Medicare and a secondary insurance then she isn't open to taking you on as a new patient. And isn't even open to discussing the 20% out of pocket. Isn't that discrimination?
