Dr. Martin is one of the best doctors I have ever been seen by. Her bedside manner is calm and reassuring. Her knowledge of her specialty is endless. She has cared for me on several occasions over the past 20 years and has always been confident and able to help. Dr. Martin specializes in areas that other doctors in her field do not. The office staff is wonderful and all are trained so they can care for their patients with the same expertise she has. I am thankful for Dr. Martin and her wonderful staff.
I was denied my results and my constitutional rights at bellezza Dr. Edie Morgan here in Prescott az and Dr. Martins office was able to retrieve my results for me and they are very respectful and wonderful people. I was relieved to actually find people that really care and actually want to help you no matter what!I love the comfort they provide!
Dr. Martin's office was efficient and thorough. Her nurse practiioner was informative, and Dr. Martin was courteous, factual and informative. She explained my condition, provided her recommendation and explained why she was making that recommendation. I really appreciated her forthrightness and taking the time to explain everything.
I went to Dr. Martin's office and was seen by an NP. She ordered a test that was not needed which I have to pay for and they charged me for a new patient visit $230 which was not covered by Medicare. The visit took about 15 min. and she did not ask me any questions that she should have. I have complained to Medicare and spent hours. Bottom line, I have to pay $169. for a lab test I did not authorize and was not necessary. BEWARE Prescott, AZ
I was just seen at Melinda M. Martin, MD's office. I'm so impressed with everyone there! Patti at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! While I was waiting to be seen, I witnessed Patti helping out an elderly woman. She was so patient and kind to her! Then I was seen by Brandie! She is amazing! She was very sweet and professional. Thanks to everyone in the office you are outstanding!
Wonderful doctor and staff who truly care about their patients. I’ve been through two pregnancies with Dr. Martin and have been very pleased with the exceptional care I have received.
Office staff is rude. Dr.Martin did not want t9 help me in starting my family because My husband and I hadn't gotten married yet. Worst office I have ever been to!

Dr. Martin was amazing! She took her time, never made me feel rushed, was thorough & her staff was excellent. I guess what they say about how it all waters down from the top is accurate in this case. I have already recommended her to my daughter. Outstanding all the way around!
