This was my first visit with Dr. Jack for hemorrhoids issues and she was wonderful. I was very nervous, as I always am with appts. and she put me at ease right away. Very good listener and explained everything clearly before we processed. I was happy she could start the process today and she was very gentle. Her staff was terrific also. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will be revisiting to hopefully resolve these issues.
This is about DR. MELINDA JACK....NOT DR. TAYLOR. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE ABOVE SAYS 'WOULD YOU RECOMMEND DR. TAYLOR TO FAMILY & FRIENDS?' No followup. Suggestions of Magnesium with way too high/dosage to be safe according to reputable internet sites (check yourself). 1000mg is way too much to take daily! Decided not to call me back or see my daughter, simply sent a mychart message saying she didn't need a hemorrhoid surgery but the doctor hadn't seen her in person in at least 3 months (when a hemorrhoid was banded...that... read more
I would really like to leave a better review of Dr Jack however there are a few things weighing down this review. 1. She is not timely with promised information. I was told I’d receive a phone call on a Weds, it’s Friday and still no call. I called their office and was told they have the results and I just have to wait on her. That’s inexcusable especially when waiting to know you may have cancer. 2. She was nearly forty minutes late to my scheduled colonoscopy, and was nonchalant about it.
I saw Dr Jack 3 times and I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. Dr Jack and her nurse Lisa were very caring and explained all I needed to know. Dr Jack is very quick so I felt pain for a very short time. Overall, the staff and nurses were very friendly and professional.
Dr. Jack took excellent care of me during surgery and after surgery. She personally came to see me and check on me every day I was in the hospital except for one. The day she knew she could not be there, Dr. Jack let me know in advance and that she had another doctor scheduled to come in her place. Dr. Jack always takes the time to answer my questions and makes it clear to not hesitate to contact her office if I ever have additional questions. Dr. Jack is very conscientious and caring. AWESOME!!

Was there a week ago for a colonoscopy and have yet to hear the results. It should NEVER take this long!
Just met Dr. Jack today and was very impressed. I had my first colonoscopy and she put me at ease and was very kind and nice.
