Dr. Kakish is compassionate and supportive. However, the staff can use some more politeness when interacting with patients over calls and during appointment scheduling.
I have never taken the time to write a negative review for any business, but I will today because the staff is so awful. It upsets me having to give this place one star at all. Aside from staff being completely out of line, there is less than a 10% chance your prescription will ever be ready when they say it is. I have had this happen after driving 45 minutes from Troy during my lunch break to pick it up, three times this year alone. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
