I brought my (16YO) son to Dr Jack for a second opinion, after Nationwide Children's failed to help him over the course of 6 months. She actually did a thorough exam and confirmed our suspicion that he needed to have surgery. We never had a bad interaction with any staff member. Her nurse and MA's were always friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed and mychart messages were always replied to within 24 hours.
