Very Rude and Unprofessional, talks to people like they’re lower than her, I can tell you that she’s no Saint and she doesn’t deserve this job!!!! People don’t deserve to be treated like this!!!!!
Unprofessional and very rude.
I had to take my son to see her as we walked in she yelled you not suppose to be in here how was we suppose to know she was very rude I felt like and animal the way she talked to me and my son very unprofessional i waited for my son she didn’t know how to talk to to me I told my son if he needed me to let me know because I was not having her talk to my son any kind of way when in this profession you have to be nice even if you don’t want to I normally don’t do reviews but this time I had to This is sad we are human I felt li... read more

Ms. Stein is very unprofessional. I had a 8:00 am appointment with her and she arrived 15 minutes late and proceeded to tell me that I should not be there as if I was going to wait outside in cold and wait for to show up. I have Iodiopathic neuropathy and cervical spondylosis with myeopathy.so sitting and standing for lengthy amounts of time makes my pain worse along with temperature changes.
