She was efficient and punctual. She tended to ramble off a lot of medical jargon, which I understood because I was a former nurse, but the layman would probably not understand it. She listened briefly to my questions, but really I did not get accurate answer about continuing the medication and now I’m having trouble getting a refill. Otherwise, she and the staff did fine.
