Dr Silva is kind. However I found her team inefficient, forgetting rescheduled appointments, calling me to confirm cancelled appointments, and asking if I had a membership that they never offered at the onset. After realizing that I could have combined appointments and labs under a membership more efficiently and held certain labs to group them with others and avoid costly Dr visits for one off labs I considered the membership.
