Billed at this visit for a missed appointment for another MD in the CCPI practice. Informed that we would not be able to see her until the "missed" appointment was paid for. There were 3 calls into the office to cancel. Each time I was told someone would call back. To no avail. I was then only able to schedule a new appointment at an actual visit to another physician in the group.
