Deserves less than a star. They think nothing of there patrons and customer service is terrible, even for those who are current on things. They will ignore you and talk down to you if they see fit and find a reason to purge you if possible. I would honestly not deal with them if you have any other option. The same can be said for both patrons and employees.
I've had such a positive experience with my apartment and the management company. They’ve been kind, reliable, and attentive from day one. It really feels like they care about making sure their tenants are comfortable. The building is always clean and any concerns are handled quickly. Very happy to be living here!
