SCAMMERS. Don't bother, these people just want your money. I was told I could move in by a certain date by which is exactly why I applied, then when I paid for the application I was called and told that I was approved but they would not get me in for said date, but weeks later. I have reached out numerous times for a refund as I was misinformed and of course they are ignoring me.
Meli management has taken over the management at my residence in Freehold and has done a Fantastic job so far turning the property around and create a great and safe community.
This is the worst rental management company I have ever worked with. They are extremely unresponsive and dishonest. They never gave me a key to my mailbox and I have been emailing and calling them for a YEAR to get access to it with no answers. I had to direct my mail to my parents house all year now have to contact the post office to get any mail that was sent to me out of my mailbox as I am moving. Absolutely unacceptable. OMG who are these people? I have been chasing them about an apartment in Maplewood for over a week. I called their office, sent emails, and even texted the super of the apartment building. NO ONE got back to me and I believe the apartment was never really available to begin with. What a disgrace to waste peoples time like this! I would give 0 stars if I could,
I have rented apartments all my life, and this is the worst apartment mangement I have experienced. Their msngement style is to lie or ignore. No superintendent on premises, and no one to reach out for emergencies.
