If you have too ... PLEASE go to the Cleveland Clinic, Do not use this facility !! They can't be trusted. Their billing department which is runs by immatured individuals by hanging up each time I call inquiry about my money, I call from 2 different numbers and after they discover that I was on the call, they HUNG UP !! When I finally spoken with Monica, not only did she lied, but her co-assistant Tan lied to me as well. I HOPE THE DOCTORS SERVICES IN THERE IS BETTER THAN THE STAFF WHO'S REPRESENTING THEM 😡‼️
They don't respect patients' time!
Saw Dr. Trinidad as a new patient today. The office staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr Trinidad on the other hand was very robotic. Basically treated me like a number. (Just another patient on my schedule) didn't have any input on my concerns. Just wants me to have an MRI wirh no explanation as to why. So disappointed, waited so long to see her and talk to her. But she had no interest in me as a patient.
