Tried to book an appointment online but the website was not loading. I called to see if I can schedule it over the phone and it seemed like they didn’t want my business which is fine but mind you I’ve never been there. Just a red flag overall.

Melissa did an incredible job with my haircut! She was exceptionally punctual, starting right on time, which I genuinely appreciate. I traveled a long distance for this appointment after being told she would be able to do my hair. However, once I arrived, she said she couldn’t proceed because she was afraid my hair would break. I explained that I’ve been maintaining my hair this way since I was young and have not had issues. Unfortunately, it seemed like she may not have been fully comfortable or experienced with performing a chemical perm on my hair type.
