He never keeps appointments with you if u have to see him or he is hours late. I think someone is pocketing part of my copay. Its NEVER correct and I leave notes to fix it. I pay same amount every time so that's how I know. Then they send out statements like once a year. Billing department sucks. I feel like that has something to do with whoever is stealing the money so it won't be caught. This business leaves lots to be desired.
Say what you will about Dr. Ali Melhem but the guy is a savant when it comes to managing meds.
My wife and I "take" our son to Dr Melhem for care for his ADHD, ASD, and other behavioral issues. However, we have become greatly disappointed in this man's ability to maintain his office hours and appoints. Not once, not twice, not three times, but 4 or 5 times now he has either canceled or been a no show to his appointments. He has taken my son off of all of the medications that he had been on for years with Hocking Health system and made one new prescription.
