Bought their car wash for the month. WITHOUT our permission they continued to charge our card for 10 MONTHS. We never used the wash outside of the month we paid for. Tried calling, talked to Michael in Lake Geneva. NEVER received a return call from the owner/manager as promised. Tried calling twice more. Left a VM. NO RESPONSE. Will contact small claims court for refund.
