When looking for a headstone, you are in a difficult time. The folks at Megard were excellent, Gave us all time we needed and help select what we wanted
They do not back up what they promise. They told us in August that our parents headstones were paid in full. Now they are set in place and they are billing us another $900 in November! They called it a mistake, their mistake. We called them to try to work out a resolution and they were extremely rude and not willing to meet in the middle. They said we have one week to pay them or they will remove our parents headstones and send us our money back! Unbelievable poor customer service! Do not trust them!
We chose a family monument with engraving for six people, making use of both sides of the monument. Those of us that have viewed it agree that it is beautiful. It took many months before it was placed but it was worth the wait.
