对顾客不诚实 ，Asking the price with each staff is not the same. At first, they did not inform us that we had to pay for the replacement of the parts. But on the day it was finished, they said that we had to pay, which was more expensive than the person who had informed us. I felt that this shop was strange. I do not recommend this shop.
Steven and his staff the lovely Bronwyn were very helpful with the choice we made. I have known this jewellery shop since 1985 when Steven father was still alive. The last time I shopped there was November 2024. Bought a chain and 2 cross pendent. He suggested the unusual chain and he made me all at ease to do the shopping at his place.
