Mr. Melesco has completed many jobs at our rental properties. The type of jobs varied from new doors to pergolas. Each job was done in a professional manner with attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, the job site was kept clean and organized. I would recommend Melesco Builders to anyone who has a small or large job to be completed on time for a reasonable price with excellent workmanship.
We hired Todd to build an addition to our home which included a complete new kitchen, great room, screened porch, and 3rd garage bay. We chose large limestine floor tiles, and Todd laid them masterfully. He even created backsplash in place of baseboard with the limestone. Every tile was cut perfectly.
