I hired Edgar Melendez landscaping for sod and a fence job last summer. We paid in full for this job plus a deposit on a patio he was supposed to build after the two initial jobs. Edgar never completed the fence project and all of our grass died within a month of being put down. We followed all instructions on taking care of the grass.
