Melendez wired my new house and did a fine job except that my contract/work order stated dimmer switches which they didn't put in. The owner said they would come remedy that via an email on March 29. It is now April 26 and the owner has stopped replying to my emails. Definitely frustrated that the job wasn't completed as agreed.
One of their vans parked disrespectfully in our driveway entrance and had to come out twice to let them know they were parked illegally and there was a parking spot 10 feet that he could fit into. He responded by telling me he would finish his lunch and then move, which I simply told him if he didn't move I would call the police and have him towed to get him to finally move.
