Will not be going back....got the runaround and now I don't even know what to think. Only thing that was good about this Dr is his head nurse lee....she is AMAZING!

I went there like 3 months a go about my pap and blood test, and they call me to inform me , about my results, and. Then I call and ask theme what happens to my results I ask theme 2 months ago and they response was ( SORRY MAN THE DOCTOR MELENDES DOESN’T HAVE TIME TO CHECK YOUR RESULTS.) And I’m soo mad because because they don’t care about my results what if anything bad happens to me. What’s if I’m dying, and I call theme again 2 week ago and I got same response. I have been seeing another docter for 15 years and referred out for a surgery. I was scared at first having to see someone new. I was more than happy to meet Dr. Melendez and he made me feel completely comfortable. I am now considering switching to Dr. Melendez as my gynecologist even though he is on the other side of town. Now I did have to wait a month and half for a appt. And now that he has confirmed surgery is needed after doing his own exam I am having to wait 2 months for surgery date.
ABSOLUTLY HANDS DOWN BEST DR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! He stopped taking my insurance and I still see him as a cash pay patient. HES WORTH EVERY DIME. He listens actually cares about he patients and their opinions. Staff is great too!!
Dr. Melendez is personable, patient, and caring. He takes the time to visit with you and will have open, honest conversations and he listens. I would highly recommend him.
I was so lucky to find Dr. Melendez when I relocated to Deer Creek. He has been so wonderful and thorough. He is one of the most patient doctors I have ever encountered and I just adore him and his team. Even with us considering a move to McKinney, Texas I have no doubt I will continue returning to Oklahoma City for appointments with him.
Dr. Melendez cares about his patients, spends the time needed (doesn't rush the appointments), explains important information, answers as many crazy questions that are asked, and makes the experience as comfortable as possible.
He is a wonderful doctor he doesn't rush his patients,he genuinely cares about his patients. Not only has he delivered 5 of mine but also my niece and my cousins babies. And just recently my 1st. Grandchild.....I even drove up to Oklahoma to my on appointmentsome when I was in Texas
